Raspberry and vinegar in the aroma. A strong sourness eased down a bit by lots of raspberry fruit and lemon. Full bodied with some leathery notes. Fairly dry, only the fruit provides some sweetness. Long aftertaste with oak. Perfectly acceptable as an alternative for framboise lambic.
