Bottled. An unclear red beer with yeast sediment floating around under a lazing beige head. The aroma is acidic with notes of wood and berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of red currant and other sour berries, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Pours an almost clear dark red with a tiny off-white head. Distinctly sour berry-like nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation with intensely fresh raspberry accents. Has an underlying sweetness yet is intensely and burningly sour. Very refreshing. 010509

Hazy deep red with a medium off white head. Sweet and very sour with sour berries. Extreme sour and somewhat sweet flavour with loads of fresh sour berries, (currants), lacto, barnyard, brett, and barnyard. Very fresh fruits and an extreme sourness. Finished very sour. This is a master piece!

Corked bottle from TheEpeeist, thanks! Pinkish purple color. Raspberry and vinegar in the aroma. A strong sourness eased down a bit by lots of raspberry fruit and lemon. Full bodied with some leathery notes. Fairly dry, only the fruit provides some sweetness. Long aftertaste with oak. Perfectly acceptable as an alternative for framboise lambic.
