Bottle shared by bockyhorsey at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Cloudy deep reddish color pour with a thin head. Nice raspberry aroma and flavor. Also some yeast, sourness and funk, but this one is really all about the berries. Delicious! Thanks again Bill!

750ml bottle from a trade from awhile back... Pours a mostly opaque caramel apple cider brown with absolutely no head... Aroma of apple cider vinegar with light red bI could go over there at 7 for a pourof each of those but would need to get back here around 8:15 or so for Jeremy. We could have a few brews here at that point if ur interested. erry accents. Not so much funky as it was acidic... Flavors of acetone... Flavors were assertively acidic and plenty of apple cider acetone. Very lightly carbonated and still totally acidic. Mouthfeel was adequate considering the sourness.

375ml Bottle: Aroma of very sweet and slightly tart raspberries, and a hint of oak. Poured dark purple in color with no head at all. Cloudy. Opaque. Not sparkling. Thick, fruity lacing. Looks like a raspberry smoothie. Flavor is medium sweet and medium tart. Tastes of raspberries, light oak, and slight funk. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Soft carbonation. Raspberry and oak finish is sweet and tart.

Reddish pour. aroma is tart and full of sour raspberries. Flavor tastes just like the little seeds inside the raspberry fruit with some lactic tartness and vinegar. Good beer.

Bottle shared by Eric. Thanks Eric! Pours murky light red color with white head. Aroma is acetone, raspberry, and more acid. Has a moldy course mouthfeel. Flavor follows the nose and is just a tongue bruiser of an ale. The best way to describe the flavor here is my palate was just raped by some acetone and a vinegar like blast sets in. With some raspberry on the side. What a crazy beer. Thanks again for sharing!

Grapey red ghetto juice color with no head. Aroma of sweet raspberries. Nice body and nice effervescence. Flavor is smooth and sweet with a great level of tartness. A little acidic and really nice to drink.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate musty oak and sweet and tart raspberries. It pours a cloudy pinkish-brown with a small pink head. The flavor starts with light sweet raspberry. There’s some faint oak in the background. There is a lot of tart raspberries that come in the finish along with some light vinegar. Medium bodied with mild carbonation and a soft mouthfeel.

Raspberries all over this beer. Flavor, Aroma, even the color of the head. Acidic tart in the finish. Very good.
