On draft at the NW location. Pours a muddy brown pink with a small light pink head. Aroma of roses. Taste of light rose juice and faint raspberries.

Draft @ North Wales. Red color with a light amount of carbonation. Aroma is solid raspberry with a hint of tartness. Sweet, a decent raspberry hit, but not too much here.

Sample from NW (they were using this to blend with a couple of their other beers). Poured a reddish color. Aromas and tastes of raspberries and not much else. Syrupy body. Good call on blending with this one...

I had this during as Brewers Plate dinner at the West Chester location. We were able to talk our server into letting us try some of this (they were blending it with one of their wheat beers). Pours a raspberry pink with a very small bubbly off white head. Aroma of sweet raspberry, some tart notes and not much funk. Flavor of lightly tart raspberry, but mostly sweet, a little syrupy and some wheat/breadyness. It wasn’t as bad as they were saying it was going to be...but I could see why they decided to us it to blend into another beer.

West Chester- Cough syrup. No funk. Pathetic and chalky. Like a watered down DFH fort. Was quite disappointed by this. Bartender said this was not for safe by itself but only for blending with their wheat, but was happy to provide a taster.

Horrible, I hate to say that about my favorite brewpub, but it is the truth. Aroma is very raspberry, almost over the top,The tste though, is not sweet, but dry. Very tart and sour, but no real flavor.
