Aroma has some peppery coriander notes and sticky honey tones, plus light yeasty stonefruit qualities. Tons of floral honey character in the flavor, but the witbier basis is still apparent. Substantially sweet with lots of puerile, candy-good qualities to please the hairy over-grown kid that is me. Nice pepper and alcohol in the finish. Might should lay one of these down to see how it develops.
