Commercial Description:
Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. Brewed with 65lbs of local honey from The Exton Bee Company for additional complexity and fragrance. The perfect beer to pair with all kinds of food!

Compliments of Steve. Typical American saison fair. Very middle of the road, yet drinkable beer.

Draft at P-ville from notes. Pours turbid gold with clingy, fluffy white head. Nose is floral, hoppy, with mild funk, honey, and peppery notes. Tastes citric, with orangy hops, some mild honey notes, and a crisp floral finish.

Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of light floral hops, honey, citrus fruits, toasted malts, toffee, and yeast. Taste of earthy yeast, light citrus fruits, honey, lemon, light spices, and a bit of alcohol in the finish.
