Jul 26, 2005 Pours hazy deep copper with ruby menisci and off-white head. Aroma of hops, caramel malt, iced tea. Tastes British aley, with a subdued hop finish, and some caramel malt and a dry finish, with some definite tannins. Smooth finish.

A very good, although not elite, IPA. I’m partial to IPAs, and this one did most things right. Very quaffable.

Apr 26, 2008 Updated: Dec 17, 2009On tap at the Newark location: A clear golden yellow? Not much head, ok lacing. Aroma was citrus hops. Flavor was a good amount of bitter hops. I was actually impresed. It was a very clean, crisp refreshing beer! I would get it again. ****UPDATE***** Just had a new batch at the newark location. Wow! Very impressed. Alot different then I remembered. Good aroma of citrus/pine hops and the taste was the same. Nice bitterness to it but still well balanced. ****Update**** Cask at IH Newark, nice beer. Soft low carbonation, bitter, yet balanced. I could drink this all night long

Oct 2, 2008 Growler, generously sent by Swolf3, big thanks Steven. Nice dark gold color, frothy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Nice bitterness, sticks to the tongue for awhile. Very tasty even after the long journey.

Oct 25, 2007 On draft in Newark. I was scared at first because I’m typically not an English IPA fan. Poured copper color, no wait...I don’t know... it was in the mug club mug. It was just a solid drinkable IPA with an english twist which I enjoyed. I’d drink again.

Apr 17, 2006 Newark- Poured a clean orange body with a small white head. Nice orange/grapefruit nose. The flavor is a lot of sweet fruit, clementines, grapefruit, some berries and a solid malt backbone. Not over the top, but a very good IPA.

Jan 26, 2007 On tap at the North Wales location on cask. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a medium bubbly off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of citrus, floral and some caramel malt. Flavors of the same orage and light pine. Caramel malt and a lingering hop bitterness. Paired nicely with the spicy steak fajita wrap I had for dinner.

Sep 24, 2008 On tap at Newark Location. A nice IPA. Poured a nice golden orange with nice fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus and fruit and hops. Taste was crisp pine fruity, and hoppy. A clean finish.
