Hawaiin Punch, sweet and wonderfully hoppy. Darker amber clear with thin lacing off-white head. Kind of dull. Medium-heavy watery body with medium carbonation. Starts fruity with Hawaiin Punch and apricots. Wonderful malt sweetness intermingled with great bittering mild acidity. Hops come in strong at the finish and impart a well-rounded bitterness to the aftertaste. A nice APA. maximusud (27), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 27, 2005 Tap @ Iron Hill Newark. Almost clear golden amber (held up to the light) w light beige head that held up fairly well, decent lacing. Aroma is fresh floral hops & lt/med roasted malt w a fruity note. Flavor is lt/med roast malt with nice fresh floral hops. Rather sweet. Just into med. bodied. Some bitterness. Nice clean taste but a bit light bodied & sweet for me. Tasted a bit like it was made from a homebrew kit.
