Nice Copper Color off white head that left some lacing smells of floral hops and had an evenly bitter mouthfeel from beginning to end little piney fruity medium body althought its pretty complex with the four different hops yet its not overbearing or offensive this is a great brew that you could definitely have quite a few of

Cask at IHWC. Pours a lightly hazy golden with amber notes and a bubbly white head. Aroma was very floral, tea, orange and light caramel. Flavor of iced tea, light caramel, floral, doughy and citrusy hops.

Very nice APA. Golden amber in color with a somewhat complex floral hop thing going on. Has a very microbrew feel to it overall. One of those beers that you can tell would not hold up well to being bottled and shipped out. But a good go to beer when at Iron Hill.

Tap at Wilmington. Aroma of citrus hops, baked malt. Flavor of citrus and bittering hops, sweet and rich caramel malt. Despite being listed at just 30 IBU, came across as more of an APA-IPA hybrid to me. Very drinkable. Quite tasty in any case.

Tap at the brewery. Appearance-usual Pale Ale body with a foamy half inch head. Nose-usual amount of hops, usual Pale Ale nose. Taste-light cold cask, big English malts, unsweet/unsticky ONW hops. Solid APA. Nothing surprising but well executed. An easy drinker that is a good representation of the style. A little thin on the finish.

(11/8/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in North Wales. Clear amber. Aroma of floral hops and some citrus. Sweetish malty flavor in the beginning with some toasty and caramelly hops, continues with pleasant hoppy bitterness with some grapefruit and lingering sweetness in the background. Medium-bodied. Very pleasant.

On tap at the Wilmington location. Pours a slightly cloudy deep orange with a small white head. Aroma of floral hops, sweet wheat malt, and a slight tinge of honey. Flavor of wheat malt, sweet fruity notes, with a bitter finish. Nice and drinkable. A solid APA. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

On tap at Wilmington brewery. Copper color with a small head of khaki foam. Aromas are of piney hops, citrus, and bready malts. The taste is hoppy up front with some lovely pine notes in the middle, and a slightly dry, zesty finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and the drinkability is very good. A solid version.
