| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 29, 2008 In short: A tasty IPA trying to pass as a Pale Ale
How: Tat at brewpub, North Wales location
The look: Clear dark golden body topped by a small off-white head
In long: Nose is intensely citrusy. Body is filled with tasty caramel perfectly balanced by a citrusy and resinous hops. Long finish with a bitterness of medium intensity. Lively carbonation. Overall rather crisp. This is a well balanced tasty american hop-fix. I don’t know what the deal is with the Iron Hill locations but I had this one at the North Wales location although it is listed as a Newark beer. Great. Now there’s really no reason whatsoever to go to Delaware.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 17, 2008 Sweet hoppy aroma. Oh what a lovely flavor after saMpling so many of their mediocre offerings! Syrupy sweet and bitter grapefruit notes. A quality drink. CharlesDarwin (1845), Point Judith, Rhode Island, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 4, 2008 On tap at the Wilmington location. Noses in a slightly soapy citrus and malt. Bready and with decent hop character. Pours a clear orange-amber with a
fringe in soapy white. Flavor is crisp and hoppy. Good mix of hops and malt. A general caramel base mixes with a
grassy, piney, citrus hops, rather generic. Fresh and explosive carbonation. Smacks on a little soap and some weird bitterness on the backend. smjohnst (203), , Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 1, 2008 This is a truely microbrewed beer. Great color and flavor. It tastes very "different" for a pale ale. Not the normal flavor of your typical PA.
