Great aroma- funky lactic character with a touch of underlying acetone, soft oak and cobweb funk- reminiscent of a Cantillon yeast strain. Slick and mild carbonation. Lightly fruity with some gentle cherry notes mesh with an acetone flavor. Soft sweetness from the cask giving a vanilla note- lots of lactic tartness however making it nice and tart. A bit too acetone-ish and solventy, but still solid. JaBier (1284), Capital City, Ohio, USA

Took me forever to find it in here because of the spelling. Cloudy pink pour with a medium pink head. Cherry aroma with some vinegar and nail polish. Super sour cherry flavor. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 25, 2009 Bottle graciously shared by Bockyhorsey at Hellbillys. Pours a sludgy muddy hazy jamba juice brownish pink with lots of fruit sediment and a pinkish white head. This is the most unfiltered hazy lambic i’ve ever seen. Aroma is cherries, sour and acidic, funk. Flavor is out of this world, sea salt, sour mouth puckering cherries, barnyard, oak. I need to comment on how sour this is, and how the saltiness and sourness work against each other to create a masterpiece. One of the most sour beers, if not the most sour that i’ve ever had. I only wish I could get more. JK (2967), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
