Aroma of sour cherries and sweaty horse. There’s a sweetness up front that is ultimately overtaken by the tart nature of the style, with the feeling of lemony-sour lasting all the way down to your gut. It’s kind of crisp, without a lot of other funky flavors. Pailhead (2602), Allen Park, Michigan, USA

Bottle: The aroma consists of cherries, lambic sourness, sweaty feet, and a hint of cleaner. It pours a cloudy dull dark orange with a small white head. The flavor starts with a hint of sweet cherries that quickly turn to sour cherries. There’s a hint of vinegar in the background. The finish has moderate-strong lemon sourness. Light-medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Theis (3765), Denmark
