Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. The smell is sour, oak, tart, cherry, fruits, and acidic. The look turns into a cloudy milkshake color with a small to no head. The taste is sour, oak, cherry, fruits, wood, and funk. Good dryness.

Thanks much to OldStyleCubFan for sharing. Todd is rockin’ generous! Sorta pale pour, very minimal carbonation. The tart oak nose recalls a gueuze more than a kriek. Flat, unblended, acidic, little fruit flavors at all. We were all baffled.

Shared by Todd. Thanks dude. Pours a peach color with a small head. This shit is over the top with an aceto character that pervades the beer. Sticky, ludens cough drops, sour cherry pits, brett...normally I’d love this combo but it doesn’t work great here. Just okay right now. If toned down a bit, and maybe some age with mellow things, I think this could be really good.

Thanks to Todd for sharing at the foothills sexual chocolate release party! Muddy pink pour with little carbonation. Big acidic aroma. Cherry and oak dominate the flavor here. Something else going on here flavor wise that I just could not pinpoint. Really long and lingering tart finish

Thanks OldStyleCubFan for sharing. Pours a still murky pink with no head. The nose shows a mildly tart and acidic character, mildly oaky, much more acetic character than I would like, less balanced. The flavor lacks much cherry character, no carbonation, thin on the mouth, little to no oak, some yeast coming through, the tart/sour character that is there is much more on the acetic side than I’d like.

750 ml bottles shared at IH Wilmington. Pours a slight hazy top pour with a thin fizzy head- pinkish red body. Aroma is initially a sharp prickly acetobacter infection, some farmhouse funk, some lacto brett, and other funks and a nice cherry and cherry pit funk with some vanilla and oak. Flavor is more sharp cherry with great fresh fruit, but a sharp almsot harsh aceto comes thorugh and kind of clashes with the fruit and lacto- unlike the framboise where the slight aceto works well. A bit too off for me.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy, deep, dark orange/red. Great aroma, wild cherries, tart. Flavor is tart, wild cherry, faint wood. Mouthfeel is light body, low carbonation, the acidity takes care of the rest. Great stuff!!!!

Big thanks to bu11zeye for this one. Pours with a small, white head and a ring of lacing over a hazed pink body that turns to chocolate mud by half way through the bottle. Aroma of vanilla hits the nose first, followed by oak, cherry, and light tartness. Taste is tart with a vanilla and cherry sweetness rounding out beautifully. Long duration. Drinkability seemed to falter a bit though, as did the second half of the bottle. Dry mouthfeel with lively carbonation.
