Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Intensely sour, fruity aroma. Medium body, sour fruitiness, lots of horse blanket and acetone. Burning peppery finish. Man, these Iron Hill lambics are serious stuff! 010509

From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #31. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Acetone and mild fruity aroma. Citric to sour, mild caramel malt base too. Very citric and acidic flavoured mixed with a clean acetone flavour. Throat burning experience. Citric and fruity flavoured too as the only experience next to the acetone experience.

Hazy with amber with a tiny off white head. Extreme sour aroma with acetone, sour berries and woody notes. Flavour had plenty of acetone, sour berries, vinegar, sour cherries and plenty of lacto bacteria.

375 ml corked bottle from TheEpeiist, thanks! Pinkish color. Cherry, marzipan and oak in the aroma. Quite sour, but also velvety flavor with cherries and lemon. Excellent beer, maybe just lacking a bit of the intense complexity of the very best lambics.
