Bottle generously shared by emacgee - thanks, Ethan! Pour is pretty nice, with dirty gold that looks appetizingly to style. The nose is problematic to me, even as a lover of this and related styles. Funk? No problem. Bandaid? Okay, not what I want to smell, but not by itself off-putting. But what really got me was the CHEESE. Yes, we are talking fat billy goat cheese funk in the nose. Taste is better, with mild fruitiness somehow creeping in, and nice oak presence from the barrels.

Thanks Miketd for thebottle. Pours a translucent gold with a creamy white head. The nose is very musty, yeasty, acidic, very acetic in the nose and flavor, some phenolic character. Flavor is very musty and tart, fruity, pretty acetic, some band aid. Palate is close mildly tart. Could use more balance between acidity and acetic character. Glad I got to try this, shows the benefit of blending lambics and the magic of geuze.

Bottle, thanks to WeeHeavySD for sharing it! Pours a murky brownish-amber with a bubbly white ring. Very sour aroma, of vinegar, citrus, and yeasty funk. Taste is also very sour and vinegary, fruity, with a but of infected butter popcorn coming through. Lingering sourness. I’m guessing it’s quite tasty when not gone off.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy orange body with a small white head. Aroma of barnyard, mustiness, vinegar, grapefruit, and wood. Flavor of grapefruit, brett, green apple, lacto, and some acetone as the beer approaches room temperature.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Man I like these wild brews from Iron Hill. They are sweet and tangy with lots of oak and minimal funk. Pours an orange color with no head and slight lacing. Nose is tart fruit, oak, and almost a meaty smell. Taste is cheese and horse blanket, plus sweet and tanginess. Supple mouthfeel and long finish. Good.
