Considerably tart and citrusy with not much malt depth. Gives the impression of adjuncts and has a syrupy palate. An uninspired Helles.

The aroma is malty and hoppy - quite nice for a helles. The flavor is very crisp and clean, quite malty and with a dry hoppy end. A very clean nice refreshing beer - just not terribly exciting. Nice beany malt aroma, light fruity character and decent hop notes. Golden yellow, slight haze, with thin white lacing head. Medium-light bodied with medium carbonation, giving light burn. Starts with medium acidity, light grain and touch of wort. Medium bitter hops throughout with nice medium sweet bitter finish. Mild alcohol notes and bitter chalky after. Pretty good lager. Not much to say except this was clear yellow in apperance and it had a grassy malty taste. Something to toss to the barflys chowing down on wings. If you are there for the beer, look for the roads less traveled. scoobyluv (486), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA

Flavor is malty with some hops along with, you guessed it, corn. This is not a Dunkel. 80skid (64), New York, USA
