On nitro at the North Wales location. Poured a dark brown color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of roast, chocolate, and some oatmeal. Reminded me of a chocolate covered malted milk ball. Tastes of chocolate, oatmeal, and roast. On the roasty side. Lots of lacing left on the glass. Thinner body. Increasing the overall numbers some.

Draft, from P-vllle. This one pours hazy dark brown with aroma of oaty molasses, chocoff, and roasty malt. The flavor is oaty, on the sweet side, rich, with chocoff and oats. This one is very good, and IMHO underrated by about 0.5-0.7.

Poured a dark brown, opaque color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast, vanilla, cocoa, and lactose. Taste of roasted oats, some chocolate, smoke, finishing lighly sour. Water, and thin, but fairly creamy mouthfeel.

On tap at the North Wales location. Served on nitro. Pours a deep brown/black with hints of amber when held to the light. Very creamy Latte looking off white lacing head that sustained. Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malts, lactose and vanilla. Flavor of milk chocolate, cappucino, oatmeal, slight roasty hints. A bit on the thin side and very milky/creamy.

Light nose, dark dark brown color, creamy nitro head. Full rich roaste malt with dry coffee bitter end. Good transitions and an OK balance, but not so special. (On tap, Wilmington)

On tap at brewery in Delaware. Nice creamy head on the black brew. Light chocolate nose. Weak malt taste, fast diminishing, slightly malty finish.

On draft at the Newark location. The pour was one of those wonderful stout experiences, bubbles separating out as a separate phase, slowly, delayed, very nice. Very generous tan to chocolate colored initial head that was very persistent, sat there looking pretty. The aroma was dark fruits, chocolate, some light roast. The flavor was chocolate, dark vinous fruits, some roast, and oatmeal aspects, although this was more overdone on the dark fruit/vinous side of things than I like my oatmeal stouts to be. Thick, a little syrupy, but kept honest by the oatmeal presence, I presume.

North Wales location. On Nitro. Pours murky dark brown with a creamy head. Aroma of roast, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is prodominately roast and coffee, with some traces of choclate, and a very mild hoppy presence. Nice thick body, lacks any punch or bite. Good brew.
