Kept it’s head thru the brew. Aroma of cookie dough. Bittersweet flavor of oatmeal, chocolate chip, bread dough & sugar. Kind of like drinking an oatmeal, chocolate chip cookie. Aromas of light chocolate, slight roast and a little sweetness. Velvet-like smooth mouthfeel. Taste is roasted malts, light chocolate and some hints of oat sweetness. Poured into a pint glass, black in color, mocha colored cascading head. Sweet aroma, with some roasted malts. Taste is light roasted malts, oat, light chocolate with a overall sweetness. Not bad....got better as it warmed up. Texture was nice... small nitro bubbles bounce off your tounge and sit there. Nitrous induced I believe. Aroma is oatmeal with chocolate chips and sugar. Flavor starts off with a semi sweet brown sugar and oat taste followed by some mild chocolate and roasted malts.
