Pours a clear orangish amber body with a small wispy off-white head. The nose is all pumpkin pie spices with minimal pumpkin meat and some caramel malt. The flavor is much the same, sweet caramel malt up front with lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, minimal pumpkin flavor. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and little bit clingy. Pretty much the usual for a Pumpkin Ale, lots of spice, little bit of pumpkin. adrian910ss (1394), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 10, 2008 On nitro at the NW location. Swolf3 (252), Elkton, Maryland, USA Dec 1, 2008 Draft at Newark location. Poured a nice amber color with nice head. Aroma is overall weak with spice, pumpkin and mild alcohol. Taste is light spice, pumpkin, and some alcohol. Not as good as other pumpkin ales I tried. GMCC2181 (845), Bear, Delaware, USA Nov 18, 2008 On tap at the newark location. Orange in color. Weak aroma of pumpkin. Taste is perfume like pumpkin ale....Not that good. Lightly spiced just not as good as other pumkin ales. Off balances like other people said. egajdzis (3598), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 17, 2007 Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of light cinnamon and caramel malts. Taste followed suit, non-descript, lightly spiced, maybe some metal, bitter hops, and thin. Especially after that Vanilla Pumpkin, this one really fell short.
