Commercial Description:
This is a filtered American wheat beer, with a touch of natural raspberry flavor and aroma. Before you pass this one over because it’s a “fruit” beer, try it on a hot summer afternoon. Our brewers even admit it’s their beer of choice during those hot summer beer festivals.

On tap at Iron Hill Brewery in Maple Shade. Pours a clear copper colour with a white head. Has an aroma of raspberry and wheat. Tastes like raspberry, wheat, and lemon tea. Has a watery palate and the aroma is pretty weak. The beer itself, has an interesting brewed tea aftertaste. This beer isn’t rating well, which leaves this apprentice feeling a bit self conscious about the rating I’ve given it. I must just like fruit beers.

Deeper golden color with no head. Raspberry aroma and that is it. Slight tart raspberry flavor that seems fake followed by some off flavors. Very thin. Tasted oxidized.

On draft at the Brewpub in Maple Shade (?), NJ. Pours a clear gold body. Aroma is very fruity - raspberries. Taste is smooth, but bland, equipped with an overpowering flavor of raspberry.

I find that most raspberry beers taste the same. Aroma of bread with a hint of raspberry. Flavor is mostly raspberry. A bit too much for me. A little watery. OK.

Tap at the West Chester location. Pours orangey with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is razzy. Taste is razzy but clearly very very artificial.

i don’t know why everyone else is rating it so low, it’s one of the best wheat beers i’ve had, hazy, fruity but not overpowering, but the aroma is a bit sour

Tap. Pours a hazy amber color with a medium white head. Watery with a flavor of slightly sweet raspberries in moderation and chewt wheat. There seems to be something missing in this beer.
