| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 16, 2008 On tap at the Lancaster brewery, under the moniker "Dirty Weisse". The pour is clear straw with a diminished ring, leaving spotty lace. Huge framboise aroma, which is what the wheat beer is a) either mixed/cut with, or b) brewed with, depending upon the batch (per the brewer). Natural raspberry upfront on the tongue, not cloying by any means, almost tart. Nice integration of wheat and yeasty notes. Light carbonation levels lend a soft mouthfeel to the pull. Not a terrible job on this one. checkmatei1 (630), Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 9, 2008 Draft: Poured a light orange colore with not much head. The aroma was of raspberries and a bit of malt. The flavor slightly unbalance with the aftertaste not being of raspberries but of tart malt. Overall, was not a fan of this one. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 14, 2008 Tap at Lancaster location. Light pinky colour with a light haziness. Light wheaty spice behind the raspberry character. A fairly doughy maltiness as well. It’s a pretty good fruit beer, really. GMCC2181 (861), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 26, 2008 On tap at the Newark location: This was a simple beer. Light and refreshing. There was a hint of raspberry on the nose. And a small amount of raspberries in the actual flavor. Very light and easy to drink. Over all an ok beer. Dickinsonbeer (3451), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 6, 2008 Pours a wierd orangey copper, not as cloudy as the picture would have you believe. Thin white head and some spotty lace. Aroma is light raspberry tarts, doughy, light toasted malts and hints of grass and a bit of dms. Ligth artificial raspberry flavor, fruity all around, light toasted malts, and a bit slick in the end. Meh- not my kind of beer. sleepylopes (313), New York, USA
