GMCC2181 (276), Bear, Delaware, USA Jun 9, 2008 Bottle: Brown in color, not much head.
In the aroma I swear I smelled some oak, and malt... Taste was peaty, malty, sugar, smoke flavor. Lots of carbonation with a medium texture. Overall a good beer that I enjoyed drinking and sharing with friends. blutt59 (468), Dallas, Texas, USA May 29, 2008 bottle, opens with a big pop which pours a small head , lots of malt, sugary maple and smoky flavors, nice effervescent finish bu11zeye (3565), Frisco, Texas, USA May 23, 2008 (750ml bottle) Pours a amber-brown body with a medium-sized frothy beige head. Aroma of grape, peat, raisins, brown sugar, and roasted malt. Flavor of mild hops, dark fruit, roasted malt, light smoke, earthy, and some oxidation.
