Aromas of oak, port, toffee, dark fruit and some light vanilla notes. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a lightly dry finish. Aroma of sweet fresh oak and caramely malt with some toasty grainy notes and light fruity esters. Body starts semi-sweet and earthy bitter with big oaky complexity throughout.
