Commercial Description:
A full bodied, very smooth, and slightly smokey due to the addition of a Scottish Peated Malt. Named after Coley's(assistant brewer) wife's surname.

Darker ruby. Aroma is caramel, earth, some smoke, somewhat fruity as well. Medium to heavy body, moderate to light sweetness. Pretty enjoyable.

Draft. Mahogony beer with a nice beige head. Caramel/toffee, light peat aroma. Peated malt, smoky flavor with lots of toffee/caramel. Lingering peat malt. Medium bodied. Well balanced.
