Fin (2188), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Jun 8, 2008 Cask, gravity at the Hampshire Bowman, Hampshire 7th June 2008 I’m not 100% sure that this is the same beer as the one I had was called Pompey Glory with a question mark after it presumeably brewed with the FA cup in mind. The beer that I had was 5%, but the similarities were such that I cannot imagine them naming two beers Pompey Glory and Pomp and Glory, and them being drunk within a week or so of each other, so I’ve stuck mine here with Craigs. Pours warm gold ith no head. There was a little bit of lemonyness and a nice tangy fruity bitterness this drinks far easier than 5% and whilst it was fine it was dwarfed by the very decent Bowman Swift One that I also had. cgarvieuk (2356), Edinburgh, Scotland May 31, 2008 Cask at Bitter Virtue Off licence ...
