| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 14, 2009 Bottle courtesy cheeseman. This one pours a hazy golden color with just a few bubbles around the rim. The aroma shows tart lemons and green apples, old musty elements, and some mild funk. The flavor follows with the funky tart green apples, lemon peel, citric acidity, and some old funk. This has a nice little sour flavor. Light bodied with subtle carbonation and a very dry finish. Pretty nice easy drinking cider. daknole (2973), Plantation, Florida, USA

The funky aroma offers sour and fallen apples, vanilla and hints of cinnamon and clove. Medium-bodied with a rumor of carbonation. The flavor is straight-up sour apples and vanilla. I don’t know where all the vanilla is coming from, but I dig it. Oak aged, maybe? Big thanks to the TheCheeseMan for sharing this bottle! dchmela (1443), Orlando, Florida, USA
