Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A light amber best bitter with a fresh malt and peppery hop aroma. Balanced malt and the hop presence lead to a pleasantly dry and clean finish.

bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Hazy copper colour, small beige head. Malty and very fruity nose. Malty with good fruity flavours (peach, lemon, orange and bitter orange). Intensively hoppy in the lingering finish.

Cask, Hinckley Fest 08. Amber brown with minimal head. Aromas are sweet toffee and caramel malts with earthy, spicy hops. Dry and woody with citrus. Flavours are toffee malts with dry tea. Some citrus. Soft on the palate with a dry finish.

Cask, Hinckley 08. As the IPA Im afraid- marzipan, caramel, tired watery hops. Bit of an empty pasteurised feel to it. Drinkable, but sweet and dull.

A nice looking golden colourbitter which is quite palatable without being too heavy.
