Sep 29, 2008 Cask, Hinckley Fest 08. Golden with a thin head. Aromas are caramel malts with citrus. Soapy with sulphur and spices. Flavours are caramel and biscuit malts with citrus and floral notes. Slightly sour on the finish. Dry on the aftertaste. OK.

Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020508)

Oct 3, 2007 Cask @ GBBF 2007. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty fruity flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweet malty finish.

Jul 2, 2007 Cask conditioned at The George, Barford St Michael, Oxon. Gold with slight head. More flavour than most lager cross over beers, certainly a strong dry bitterness with a touch of grapefruit and citric zest. Long dry finish, a very decent beer.
