500ml bottle bought at Centra, Colosseum Park, Oslo. Decent, off-white head covering a deep, ruby-brown body. Slightly roasted, semi-sweet malts to the nose. Sweetness of honey and chocolate-caramel malts in flavour nicely offset by hints of bitter fruits. Soft mouth feeling. Well made and easy drinking porter (hotel room, 04.09.2009).

A clear dark porter with a thin light moka head. Aroma of caramel, light roasted coffee, and light grainy oatmeal. In mouth, a lightly sweet chocolate malt with some light torrefied grains, a bit of caramel, pleasant and light. BB August 2009. LCBO Russell and Roland private import.
