Appearance: Clear , dark brown ale with medium creamy top. Nose :Clean , aromatic nose , frontal hops with darker hints of brown malts.6+ Flavor/Palate : Tart , rusty feel up front with light , smoky character. Not bad but it becomes fairly plain and flat as you drink some more.

Really quite oaty tasting (picked that up straight away) slight fruity sourness on nose. Aroma is medium sweet, coffee, some roast, caramel, chocolate, light wood. Taste is medium sweet, coffee, roast, bittersweet chocolate, some cola, earthy, light burnt. Apparence: La couleur est noire avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col beige crémeux avec une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de torréfaction et de chocolat épicés. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement torréfié. (Rating #1864)
