Bottle from the sconser lodge on skye, pours gold, crystal clear almost lager like in appearance, head that dissapears nearly completely leaving little islands of foam. nose is floral with hints of corriander. taste is really light with a fizzy mouthfeel. Some spiciness bitter hop finish and a touch of honeyed sweetness.

500 ml bottle. Golden color, lasting white head. Malty aroma with some hops and hay. Strange grainy, bitter flavor with some odd fruity notes -- like shampoo? Can’t say this one is a favorite.

Bottle. Orange colour with a small white head. Malty aroma with hints of hops. The flavour is malty, fruity, hoppy and slightly bitter with some sweetness. A bit thin, but not a bad beer.

Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub- Deep golden pour with a frothy and long lived lacy top. On the nose, I get heavy grains, some hay, pale malts, some grassy hops. Tastes really grainy....in an odd sort of way. Sweet malts meet some sharp grassy hops, some soapy flavours too. Towards the finish, lots of grains again, to the point of this being not all that great. A strange dank funky taste is left in my mouth as well. This one is not for me.

500 ml bottle. Golden orange-yellow colour, medium white head. Mild and simple malty aroma. Sweet malty flavour, with honey and some fruitines, and a mlidly bitter finish. A little watery. Nothing special.
