Bought a 750 bottle of this when we visited Newport in May. Hazy orange pour....minimal head. Sweet spicey malt nose. Really enjoyed the flavor...a little hot but the spice was quite good...great tripel interpretation.....I was quite surprised! Going to buy this one again.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Light malty aroma with some fruity sweetness and a light yeasty note. The flavor is fruity sweet with notes of peach, licorice, and a light spiciness. Not bad.

Hazy deep blond color. The aroma is lightly spicy. Good body structure, sweet flavor, spicy malt; finishes with coriander, oranges and alcohol. Solid.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange-golden color with a small, white head. Lacing is very strong. Aromas of candy, pear, and hints of banana. Mouthfeel is very smooth with a creamy, slick finish. Flavors of pear, port, and grapefruit.

RnH: pours golden, very thin head ring. The nose is mild.... florals, esters, slight pine. The taste is certainly complex: fruits, sugars and malts, esters and slight bitters... however not entirely balanced and in no way a stand out brew for the style.

Very good. Had a glass from the tap at Rattle n Hum. Poured a rich, clear golden hue with a fine white head. Strong aroma of fruits and yeast. Flavor was sweet, with some nice, slight hops and notes of caramel and honey. Warming mouthfeel and a smooth finish.

Clear golden yellow color. Aroma has some light spice, sweetness, yeast. Flavor is sweet and balanced with a lot of spice, some sweetness and grain. Finishes dry and spicy. Not bad.

Bottle:Light hazy golden with a white thin ring of head. Decent dryish biscuity pale malt notes in the aroma with a sweet presence of honeyish maltose and soft herbal notes. Rounded carbonation- a typically sweet American interpretation of a Belgian tripel. Some honeyish sweetness and vanilla suggestions with only a hint of herbal notes on the back. Should use less all-grains more and full fermentables.

Bottle thanks to Trevor at Peter’s tasting. Pours a clear hazy orange gold with a thin white head. Light plum and esters. Medium bodied, sweet, light candy and plum. Finishes a bit sweet with a very light bitterness. Not entirely balanced.
