Aroma – Nice malt and hops aroma.
Appearance – Amber in color, Thin light head and clear.
Flavor – A good altbeer with some good malt and hops flavors.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice beer had a great lunch with this and the beer went down smooth and was built very good.

Apr 3, 2008 [1100-20080216] Tap @ Taphouse Grill (Seattle, WA). Slight yeast aroma, not much there. Clear, dark red brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Flavour is a bit of blandly toasted bread yeast. Medium body. Disappointingly bland for such an uber name.
