Nose is light and airy, with real apricot in the effervesence. Flavor is similar. Drinkability: Clean, refreshing, and easy. Unfortunately there’s not much to it, mild really, but that’s expected for a wheat beer. Rebuy: Yes. #206 on 21112009, DG. madmitch76 (619), , Essex, England

Clean but watery beer with a tepid apricot flavour. Inoffensive but too watery and yet another in a long line of dissapointing fruit wheat beers. Somebody muct crack this style? | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 21, 2009 12 oz bottle. Clear golden yellow with a small white head. Smelled of apricot and had some underlying aromas of wheat and malt. Flavor was mostly fruity and sweet with a faint hop bitterness. Light to medium body, actively carbonated and a sweet apricot finish. Not bad for the type of beer, not overly sweet but had a bit of a fake/extract fruit flavor. Slight bitterness in the finish. Med-light body with big carbonation. Not bad, but not something I’d seek out again. CUJO (346), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 19, 2009 pint glass: The palate is good, well carbonated and medium bodied... these qualities help to balance and wash the mouth clean of the strong apricot tones of the beer. Definitely real fruit used here, as I sense some bitterness where I expected artificial sweeteners. phaleslu (469), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Sep 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a thin off-white head. Aroma and flavor deliver exactly what they promise, apricot and wheat, and not in a cloying way. Not overly sweet, light to medium bodied, gentle and smooth. A nice fruit beer, very natural and subtle instead of just tons of fruit and sweetness.
