Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Surprised by this; didn’t care for many apricot wheats before. Good aroma; taste is great; had both bottle and tap. Very smooth and creamy, like the old Celis White had been. Leaves you wanting a lot more.

12 oz bottle. The body is very clear. The aroma is very nice and aricotty. The taste is very smooth and refreshing. Nice fruit beer.

Bottle sampled. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of sweetness, apricots, sugar, and grain. The flavor is sweet, fruity apricots, sugar, grain, and slight bitterness in the finish.

From a summer variety pack that was filled just last month. Straw colored, clear, with a head that doesn’t last. Smells and tastes like apricot. Not too sweet or too strong, but doesn’t seem to have other elements to it. Also is too light-bodied. A little too much CO2 brings a slightly acidic taste.

Bottle thanks to yobdoog. Poured a clear golden color with a nice white head and no retention. Aroma of apricot hand lotion, taste of apricots and some slight hop bitterness at the end, along with some sweet malt notes. Left a fairly clean aftertaste. Pretty straightforward for a fruit beer, not much else going on other than the apricot flavors.

A pretty decent apricot beer. The wheat aspect is more of a thicker american style than european but the strong apricot flavor offsets the thick malts.

Last beer of the night and what a way to go out. WOW, what a mess! Who the heck thought this would be a great beer to release!?!? Looks like apple juice and has aromas of artificial apples and apricots all thrown into a vat of spoiled cabbage. Damn, is this one fouled! Thin, watery mess with too much forced CO2 ontop of everything else. Too many layers of foulness in here that I just don’t want to waste the time writing about them anymore.....

Via Ughsmash. Holy crap this is awful! Pours to a transparent orangish pale yellow body with a very thin white head. The aroma is foul. Ick! Icky artificial (at least that’s what my palate is telling me) apricots. The flavor also has an artificial apricot component and wheat. The palate is over-carbonated and sticky. This was not good.
