Commercial Description:
An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Gold colored with off-white head. Nose is pale malt, citrus, apricot, peach. Tastes pale malty with a fresh apricot flavor and some citrus and hops toward the back end. A bit light on palate heft, but refreshing on a hot day.

Good beer for when you really want something different. You really have to have a taste for sweet beers and especially apricot flavor - if not, don’t even bother with this beer. It has a beautiful golden color, fluffy white head that dissipated quickly, powerful aroma of apricot with matching flavor, the aftertaste can be pretty lasting.

Bottle: pours a yellow color with just a little cloudiness, aroma of apricots, kinda smells like gummy candy too, taste is pretty bland and watery, much too weak for me.

Bottle: Poured golden amber color with not too much head. The aroma was definitely apricot. The flavor was sweet with apricot, cinnamon, and some citrus. Overall, not a bad drinker but wouldn’t recommend if something else is present.

12oz bottle, variety pack from Brewers Outlet, Lancaster, PA...pours light amber, small white head...dried apricot smell...slight metallic taste with a little ginger ale, orange as it warms...better than some American Wheats I’ve tasted in a thirst quenching kind of way.

Pours a clear gold color, with a tiny white head. Smells of peaches, apricot, and other fruits. A little floralness was detectable as well. The flavor was a bit artificial tasting. Very fruity, lots of peaches and apricot flavors abound. Pretty sugary and sweet throughout. Really just too artifical for me, and Im not a huge fan of apricots, so this wasnt too enjoyable for me really.

Bottle: Nice apricot aroma. Flavor is awfull with a very strange aftertaste. I don’t even know what to compare the aftertaste to. This beer was awfull. I would never drink this again. I couldn’t get through it I had to pour it down the drain.
