Tap at Night of the Funk. Very light body, a touch of tart. Thin nose, minor sourness, a little lemon lime. Nice body otherwise. This reminds me of a Berliner Weisse. This is the kind of beer I absolutely need to sit down with and chug a pint or two... puny 2oz festival samples simply will not do. Please, PLEASE Ithaca bottle this one or at least send a few kegs to NYC!

Tap sampled 09/26/08 at Night of the Funk. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of light melon, citrus, orange zest, and fruitiness. This beer is quite similar to a Berliner Weisse. Some light sweetness and tartness. Light and drinkable with a hint of wheat. A nice beer to relax with.

Light and tart. Reminds me of a beer version of a Vinho Verde. Super refreshing.
