Aroma: Candi sugar, banana, bubble gum and cloves.
Taste: Banana, bready malt, cloves, spicy yeast and spicy hops.
Mouthfeel: Thick and slightly fizzy.

I think it balances different styles very well....I know it’s listed as a saison but it isn’t really saison-y. Smells like a dubbel-ish....foamy khaki head and a dark brown pour. Dark fruits in the taste....it has an almost porter deepness to the taste. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy but surprisingly crisp. Pours a translucent nut brown with a clumpy tan head. Very fruity aroma, plums, apples, pears, flowers, bananas, typical Belgian yeast. Flavor was malty, fruity, tropical fruits, candy sugar.
