750ml Bottle (Batch E! 0I3): Aroma of hops, earth, herbs, plastic, light yeast, and a hint of honey. Poured amber in color with a medium-sized, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny and small particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, light pine, earth, toasted malts, light caramel, and a natural/organic kind of flavor. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Hoppy, earthy, light caramel finish is light to medium bitter and fully dry.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus peel, circus peanut, grains, coconut. Flavor quite oily-citrusy with pollen, nectar, lots of lemon cake malt. Quite tasty overall, could go up on a rerate, just didn’t knock me out, was more a sum of its parts that snuck up on me.

Orange pour with a frothy white head, decent lacing, aroma is perfume, floral hops with a bit of citrus and some solid malt. mouthfeel is creamy, flavor is resinous and citrus hop with some sweet malt backbone and some alcohol warming. finish is a bit bitter but a bit sweet as well. this is entirely underrated

Bottle Thanks to one of the few at the Cincinnati RateBeer Gathering (NATIFEST ’09). Pours a lighter amber color with a nice white head. Honeycomb and hops hit the nose strong. Notes of yeasts, citrus, and sweet malts are rather strong. The flavor brings out the honey and finishes with a bitter sweet bite. I was pretty impressed with this beer.

Super dense head and nice copper color. Smells a bit like honey covered alfalfa. The flavor is a medium sweet blend of honey and hops. Excellent.

Shared by my friend jimwight. Thanks James!! Pours a yellow/orange color with a nice head. Aroma hits with a big dose of honeycomb and a good mix of malt, yeast and hops. Flavor has the honey covered and a nice balance of malt and spicy hops. Yeah, another great Ithaca beer.

Aroma is of floral hops and sweeter malt. Flavor similar, with very slight grainy sweet malt and some more citrusy fruits.
