Had some of this (from the bottle) at a recent sours tasting. Colour... golden and highly effervescent with a frothy off-white head. Nose... delicately sour with a hint of yeast and apple. Palate... a burst of carbonation on the front of the palate, some brett, yeast, wood, citrus, pippin apple, and a very short, crisp finish.

Bottle, courtesy someone. Clear golden yellow pour, big cloudy white head and very thick lacing. Very bright aroma, yeast, grain, slight tart notes, lemon and lime. Flavor has sharp tartness, some brett, citrus, some sticky elements in the finish. Medium-bodied, complex and very drinkable. Delicious.

Sampled at DLD ’09. Poured a hazy straw gold with a substantial and lasting white head. Aroma of yeast, grass, and fruit (peach and citrus.) Taste has just the amount of sourness built on a cereal base. Bubbly and dry. Great way to start the day.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Lightly tart aroma. Medium body, dry malty accents with a fairly dry and lightly tart finish. Not really convincing. 010509
