Aroma is tart apple cider vinegar, barnyard funk, and some zesty wheat malt. Flavor is funky- lots of tart pear, apple, and the quintessential horse blanket. Excellent balance of tart and sweet. Palate is effervescent, smooth, and a bit dry in the finish. Most excellent. shadey (1500), Rochester, New York, USA

Glowing golden color, very lively carbonation. Sour brett aroma with horse blanket. Huge brett sourness, with good lactic flavor. Citrus and some caramel as well. Smooth and creamy as hell. A very nice, easy-drinking sour. dkachur (2376), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

Taste is very bright and vibrant lemon citrus notes with a tart finish, mild funky note and an earthy note. Medium bodied. Pours a great golden color with some really amazing carbonation and a nice foamy head.
Smell is of sour apples, brett, and barrel. Good.
Taste is..wow, this rivals a RR sour. Quite well balanced between the sour and sweet, definitely a bit more to the sour side, but nice no less. Apples makes another appearance as well as a vinous barrel taste. Very nice.
Mouth is thin and bubbly as it needs to be.
A world class sour. RCL (1479), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA
