DLD, THANKS ANDY!!! Cloudy with a small lasting head and good lace. The aroma has notes of very floral esters (methinks rose hips, freshly cut grass, ground wheat husks, and hibiscus leaves) along with bretty and horsey notes. Minerally and oaky vapours as well. The taste starts twangy, acidic and a tad wild (horsey, urine, and vinegar). Full force flower garden midsection before the woody and tannic finish. I would love to taste this in a couple years to see how the brett takes over... methinks it will ROX! The mouth feel is simply refreshing and lively. "Yeah for beer" is what I wrote in summary. That will work.

750ml Bottle (Batch E!010): Tart aroma of tart fruit, Brett, light funk, light oak, light citric acid, light citrus. Poured yellow/gold/flaxen in color with small, off-white head that lasted around the edges. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Flavor is heavily tart and lightly sweet. Tastes of tart fruit, Brett, funk, light oak, light citric acid, light citrus, slight bubblegum, and white grapes. Medium body. Tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Tart, sweet, citrus, Brett, and funk finish is ever so slightly dry. Over carbonated.

Hazy, summer bronze with big bubbly head. Intensely tart, candi-tart aroma with barnyard notes. Effervescent body with prominent candi-tartness and slight barnyard notes. Crisp, titillating, and mildly enjoyable, but overall, not my thing.

750, capped and foiled. Thanks, Scrizzz! Pours murky medium gold. Thin fizzy white head. Nice big lemony nose. Watery fizzy body. Nice tart lemony mid-palate with a mild, slightly tart finish. Very clean, organized, and drinkable, even if it doesn’t inspire a heap of desriptors. Delicious and refreshing.

Courtesy of MCLK. Pours hazy deep gold with lasting white head. The aroma is fruity, sweet/tart candi then moving toward crushed aspirin tartness. The taste is tart puckering tartness then moving into additional tartness just for good measure. It ends dry and less tart than it started, thankfully. Overall this is too tart for my tastes but finishes up very nice and refreshing.

Big lemon and green apple aromas. Something light and sweet about it. Very tight, maybe a little to much. Hugely lemony, sour and full on. Very grapefruity, full on, good but a little over the top. Great little champagne carbonation with a saliva inducing sourness. Pretty nice but not as delicate as one would hope.
