cloudy straw color pour, frothy white head. Same straw/grassy nose, lots of yeast, spice, but citrus as well. Very light flavor bit of citrus hoppiness, spice, and the wheat flavor present.

April 2007 bottling. Very plain, sweet with some white wine notes. Dull finish. Not all that bubbly. Bottle shared at RBSG 2009 grand tasting.

Tap at the Blind Tiger. Odd aroma, a mix of stinky cheese, mellow orange, and soy sauce, wrapped up in a wet, yeasty soup. Sweetish, velvety, plum flavor, with a decently thick, spritzy and lively body. Some ginger flavors at the finish, with notes of pear in tow. Wacky and all over the place, not really what I was expecting.

750 ml bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Pours a hazy peach nectar yellow/orange with a bright fluffy white head. Quite a bit of grassy hops in the nose with some spicy yeast, sweet sugar and lemons and limes. Very citric flavor with . Light sweet flavor with a dry finish. Tasty.

bottle batch E008 poured a straw golden in color with a big fluffy white head. aroma has wheat, musty yeast, grains, and light spice. flavor has wheat, spent yeast, grains, spice, and a touch of fruit. the yeast seems a bit off and comes off with a bit of soap that throws this off for me.

bottle at a meet the brewer event in state college pa. pours a murky yellow with a thick white head. it has that topic belgian smell of dried fruit and spicies. The taste leaves something to be disired. it’s kinda like citrus and sweet fruit. I thought it was gonna taste much better. Once again another one of there beers that smells better then it tastes.

Tasting at JW77’s. Pours a cloudy yellowish/gold with a nice light head. Aroma is wonderful. Complex with wheat, yeast, spices and some citrus. Flavor is smooth and really nice. Great mouthfeel to go along with the wheat, yeast, spice and light hops. Good stuff.
