| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 15, 2009 Tap at the Blind Tiger. Odd aroma, a mix of stinky cheese, mellow orange, and soy sauce, wrapped up in a wet, yeasty soup. Sweetish, velvety, plum flavor, with a decently thick, spritzy and lively body. Some ginger flavors at the finish, with notes of pear in tow. Wacky and all over the place, not really what I was expecting. tjthresh (1778), Greenfield, Indiana, USA
