Aromatics lead off with ripe fruit, light bubblegum and cloves, yeast-dusted dough, and a hint of lemon.
A blend of peaches, bannana, mangoe, apricot, and yeasty esters.
Some faint pineapple skins and sugared orange segments round out the nose.
On the light side of medium bodied and creamy. A very rounded, soft mouthfeel indeed.
Tropical fruit, light malt, and clovey overtones start the palate. Peach fuzz, pineapple skins, and dried apricots mingle with twist of lemon zest, fresh cut hay, and peppery spice.
Finishes with soft fruit overtones, light malt, and yeasty goodness.
Very much Belgian in character, with light notes of Brett starting to come forward.
With cellaring the brett should step forward, but the fresh and fruity character will fade.
This one is damn tasty and way under the radar peeps!

Aroma has lots of yeast and spice mixed with some citrus, pear, wheat, and some alcohol. Flavor is yeasty and spicy at the beginning with a light and grainy middle followed by a finish of yeast, citrus, and wheat with a decent alcohol burn. Watery, but decent. radiomgb (1993), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada

Golden yellow in colour with a long lasting mid-sized white coloued head, good lacing. The aroma is of light alcohol, pears, yeast, spice with the ever present grassy hops. The flavour is hoppy at first with some noticeable alcohol, peppery spice. Alcoholic mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, hot and hoppy.
The was a spicy beer for sure. It was rather high in alcohol and it makes no attempt to hide. Nice and hoppy but lacking in body as it was a bit thin.
