Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Very fresh aroma of wheat and lemony citrus. The flavor is fruity and lightly sweet, with yeat, wheat, and lesser notes of citrus and perfume. Very drinkable.

750ml, batch E!008. Clear golden pour with a fine white head and no lacing. Barely detectable wheat, yeasty, honey, apple, slightly spicy. Faint citric hops and some bubblegummy sweetness, lemons. Flavor is similar, but less sweet. I bought my bottle and sersdf’s at the same time, from the same place, I’m assuming the fact that mine spent no time in the mail is the reason for the better appearance.

Gold-orange color with a moderate head. Citrusy aroma with some sweetness and a decent amount of hops. Flavor has some mild citrus and floral hops, sugar, and light spice. Pretty good, though pricey.

thanks nhorween. pale peach color. disgusting yeast chunks flying around. heady/foamy. smells just like the Hopfen. really flat. not a ton of wheat character. i’m actually liking it despite not having anything specifically positive to say about it.

750 via trade with Brewsandbbq. Pours orange with a 2 finger tan head. Nose is hoppy sweet, with some candi sugar and a touch of wildness. Taste is incredibly smooth and nicely sweet. Very balanced and quite nice. Gotta say this is good. Ithaca has been good to me and gotta say this does not disappoint.

2007 bottle, from Premier. Drank 9/08. Light gold w. slight haze. Thin white head. Nose is yeasty lemon, a kind of earthy brett funk, a little malt & alcohol. Flavor is light malt, a nice amount of yeast, slight bitter funk. A bit sweet in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a huge, thick, foamy, creamy white head. Aroma of orange, melon, lots of citrusy goodness. Flavor is quite similar, lots of citrus fruits and a spicy tang in the finish. Very flavorful and tasty. Nice beer.

Bottle. Aroma of really nice sweet citrus and tropical fruit tones. Spiciness comes out more and more upon warming. Flavor ctirus with spices and sort of weird grains. Dry, bitter finish. Pretty good.
