Ithaca Fest Beer

On tap at the brewery. I understand from the folks at Ithaca this is presently only available at the brewery but is being considered for distribution to some local establishments. Pours a medium gold with a white head. Slightly sweet aroma. Flavor is caramel along with some hops bitterness. A much better than average lager.

(draft) Clear apple juice body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, cereal, caramel, some herbal. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, cereal, melon, grassy/herb. More bitter than standard Vienna. Light-medium body, light stickiness.
