Clear copper with lasting head and lotsa lace. Very nice fresh wet hop aroma. Slight honey sweetness with ripe apricot fruitiness and well balanced assertive hop flavor and bitterness. Medium body and carbo. Reasonably complex, balanced, and chock full of excellent flavors. I can’t understand the low ratings. michael-pollack (2749), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Taste of caramel malt base with a citrus hop flavor. Finish is more bitter then i was expecting, but it was very good. wilkie (1193), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 11, 2008 Rich brass color with a hippy-trippy label. Big head and full lacing on the glass. Hoppy aroma with notes of herbs and spruce. This has a full pine flavor - are those needles in my glass? - but with good malt backing. There is something a little odd in there too - some herbal/spice flavor and a resin-like aftertaste. I don’t know about flower power, but this IPA has hop power, and at 8% ABV, some alcohol power too. Another good brew from Ithaca. sliffy (2012), Columbus, Ohio, USA
