This was probably my favorite beer of the evening at the Blue Tusk in Syracuse. Very floral, very. I usually like my hops a little more on the citrus west coast side, but this was damn impressive. Big and bold without being overpowering in any way. Solid beer Ithica, solid beer.

Pours clear and copper with a small white head. Strong citrus aroma. I almost expected to see some orange slices floating in my beer. Decent amount of hops in the nose and on the tongue, with some malty sweetness to round things out. I found this beer refreshing and smooth, although not your typical IPA.

Draft. Pretty standard IPA. Floral sweet flavors with a amber body. Nice hop character with a strongly wet palate. Good beer, but nothing to hunt for.

Pours copper with a big white head. Smells of wildflowers, citrus, earthy. Tastes of perfume, some sweet malt, resin, spicy.

Pint on tap at a local bar. Nice dark golden appearance, little head. Aroma is strongly floral with strong spicyness and a little malt and yeast noticeable. Flavor is very sweet and very spicy but not bitter at all as the high floral aroma would suggest. Maltiness present, goes down pretty smooth, but dosent really fill the palate with flavor very well. Decent beer, kind of different from the typical IPA.

On tap at Beer Distributors of America in New York. Orange color with a pronounced off white head. The aroma was full of citrus and less pure bitter hops. The taste is the same.

Bottle. Pours a clear crimson ruby color with a medium sized beige head that falls off fairly quickly. Big pine and pineapple on the nose, with some caramel, vanilla, and malt, and a touch of booze. Sweet, good hop presence, malty, and a bit boozy. Finishes with a good grapefruit and quinine bitterness.
