I have liked this beer from the first Ithaca variety pack I picked up over a year ago, and still pick it up from time to time. Brown color with tan head that fades fast, not a lot of aroma but a fairly solid nutty taste which belies the nose. Probably my favorite of the Ithaca brews. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 11, 2007 Draught. Clear root beer color with a thin frothy beige head. Milk chocolate aroma. Mocha, nutty and minerally flavors with a clean finish. Medium bodied, but a bit thin towards the end. Nothing special to report; though a pretty decent brown ale. GTown (126), New York, USA
