Not all that complex, but easy to drink. Very middle of the road for me. Sammy (4013), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hi bitterness, like an English bitter. That’s good. Good sized White head on yellow body. There is citrus taste, caramel, not that balanced yesyouam (602), Fairport, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 1, 2007 This beer is a rich gold color with a barely existent white head. It’s a bit sparkling and the clarity is excellent. Pretty. The aroma of clean pine is backed up with a delicate floral quality and a slight hint of grain. The body is medium light on the tongue with bright carbonation. It’s a bit sudsy; maybe oily. It has an astringent finish that I’ve come to recognize in Ithaca beers. The flavor is of clean, bright, piney hops. It turns a bit skunky towards the end of the taste. The flavor is quick to fade but the astringent afterfeel remains. Not complex at all. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 9, 2007 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a collapsing foamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel mostly with a few hops poking through. Grainy malt flavor which turns to a sweeter caramel on the finish. Hops seem very tired and timid in this one. Thin and watery palate. A wimpy APA. hopscotch (5490), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 9, 2007 Bottle... Clear golden ale with a tiny, fizzy, white head. Black tea, biscuit, sugar cookie and wildflower honey flow into my nose from the glass. The flavor is bitter, fruity and dry. Light-bodied and fizzy. Short, crisp, moderately bitter finish. Cheers to growler for bringing this bottle back from his New England trip! kevd193213 (498), Hope Valley, Rhode Island, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 1, 2007 Light copper pour with nice thick head. Aroma of caramel and citrus. Bitter taste with hops present in the finish. Better than average American Pale. guzzler67 (1281), Hanover, Maryland, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2006 Bright amber appearance with a small white head. Citrusy aroma of cascade hops. Mildly bitter taste matches up pretty closely, with the hops dominating at first and sweet malts showing up near the finish. Pleasant, tasty, uncomplicated and pretty true to style. hopdog (5601), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
