Oct 26, 2006 Bright amber appearance with a small white head. Citrusy aroma of cascade hops. Mildly bitter taste matches up pretty closely, with the hops dominating at first and sweet malts showing up near the finish. Pleasant, tasty, uncomplicated and pretty true to style.

Oct 1, 2006 12oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of floral, caramel, a little bready and lightly fruity. Tastes of floral, caramel with light citrus. Thinner body.

Aug 16, 2006 Nothing really special about this beer. Dark gold in color, small white head. Medium bodied. Aroma was slightly malty and sweet. Not much hop profile. Flavor was cardboard and mineral (close to alka seltzer) but with the usual IPA characters like malt & hops. Not all that bad, but I can find 50 better APA’s than this.
